What is the best way to burn my candle for maximum results?

The key to getting a smooth and long lasting  burn on your candle is to cut the wick to about 1/4 inch long and be sure to burn it for the first time until you get a complete melt on top. Extinguish using your cork provided. Each time before relighting, knock of the charred part of the wick.

Do you offer FREE shipping?

Yes, for orders of 3 or more candles, shipping is free.

Do you offer special pricing and shipping on larger orders?

Do you charge shipping on Scent Samples?

No. All scent sample orders will ship within 2 business days via USPS for FREE.

When I place my order how long before I get my candle?

We deliver your candle to the carrier within 2 business days. Depending on the carrier and the distance, they take 3 to 5 business days to deliver to your door. We have found our candles, on average, arrive in 5 business days.

What carrier do you use?

We ship via USPS, or FedEx, depending on order size and best shipping price for a 3 to 5 business day delivery time frame.

Do you ship every day?

No. We try to ship orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. To ensure your order does not sit in a truck or warehouse over the weekend (which could compromise the quality of the product), orders placed on Thursday, Friday or Saturday will be shipped the following Monday.

How many colors do the candles come in?

We offer candles in two colors. Green and Clear. Each candle is handmade and cut. Because we use repurposed wine bottles we cannot guarantee the shade of green or clear. 

Are the candles hazardous to use?

No. Our candles are made from Premium Soy Wax which is non-toxic vs Parafin, which is made from pretroleum and toxic to inhale. Please use candle responsibly and keep away from children and pets. Please do not leave candle unattended. Corked is not responsible for any harm or damage that may occur due to misuse. 

If my candle arrives damaged, can I get a return or exchange?

Yes. Corked candle is happy to replace or refund any candle damaged in shipping or if you experience any a problem or defect.

No. Corked Candle has a strict no shareing or selling of any information provided on this site. All information provided on our site including personal, contact and payment information is used solely by Corked.
